He started his career as a process engineer at Shell and BP refineries and later joined McKinsey & Co. as a consultant. Over the years, Deon has focused on advising clients and building businesses in the energy space. |

Joy Payi-Dhlomo is co founder of Kwande Petroleum and Kwande Foundation. Joy heads the downstream business of Kwande Petroleum and heads operations of the Kwande Group. She has an honours degree in Industrial Psychology from University of Johannesburg. Joy has more than 10 years experience in Human Resources and Finance and has worked for companies like, Bain and Company and Ipas South Africa. |

| Nkhane Lugisani |

Nkhane is the Head of Kwande Consulting. She has a BSc Eng (Chemical) from the University of Cape Town. Nkhane started her process consulting career at Nedbank, then proceeded to work as a consultant for various public and private sector institutions. She has conducted a number of engagements on issues ranging from strategy, programme and project management, and business process management. |

| Bheki Manikivane |

Bheki is the finance coordinator for the Kwande Group. He has a B Tech Diploma from the Durban University of Technology. He is currently studying towards a Post graduate qualification through Unisa. He was part of the University of JHB and Deloitte work readiness programme. He started work as a trainee accountant at Vhambo estate .Later worked for TSP Financial services as an accountant. Current member of SAIPA. |

| Shakes Matiwaza |

Shakes is an experienced investment banker and private equity practitioner with 13 years experience. Previously a director in the Investment Banking team at Standard Bank, his core skills are in deal execution, investment management and general corporate finance (mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”)). He has been involved in M&A transactions in the mining, telecommunications, media and technology sectors (TMT) and public sectors both in South Africa and the continent, and has sat on a number of boards of directors of listed companies. He holds a BSc Engineering (Chemical) (UCT), a BCom (UNISA) and an MBA (UCT). |

Zikhona Mkuhlu is a Project Coordinator responsible for logistics of the downstream business of Kwande Petroleum and for coordinating activities for the Kwande Foundation. She has a Bcom degree from the University of Nelson Mandela Metropolitan currently doing Honours in Economics at Unisa; Zikhona began her career at Coega Development Corporation as an Intern at Facilities Management Unit and has worked as Project Administrator for ICT Works. |

Nonto began her career at the Southern Sun Hotel group worked from service attendant to junior manager for Food and Beverages. Nonto has worked as recruiting agent for Capital group of resources. |
